Frank Reilly is a native Texan, a partner at the Austin law firm of Potts & Reilly, L.L.P., and Mayor of the City of Granite Shoals, a home rule city of 5,025 inhabitants located on the North shore of Lake Lyndon B. Johnson. He is a graduate of Marble Falls High School, the University of Texas at Austin (BBA with a double major in finance and real estate), the University of North Texas (MBA), and the University of Houston Law Center (J.D.).
Frank currently serves as the presiding officer of the Texas Weather Modification Advisory Committee of the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, a member of the Municipal Solid Waste Management & Resource Recovery Advisory Council of the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality, a member of the Texas Review and Comment Committee and Nominations Committee of the Capital Area Council of Governments, of the Strategic Planning Committee of Marble Falls Independent School District and on the boards of various other civic and political organizations.
